El Centro, California - This morning just after 3:30 am, The El Centro Police department received a call of smoke seen coming from the building at 6th and Main (formerly Brooks Jewelry).

ECPD arrived on scene and the second story appeared to be on fire and summoned El Centro Fire Department. At 6:30 am, Fire personnel continued to battle the remnants of the fire. Arson is suspected.
