• AB 1270 by Assemblymember James M. Gallagher (R-Yuba City) – Dams and reservoirs: inspections and reporting. 
• AB 1407 by Assemblymember Kevin McCarty (D-Sacramento) – California New Motor Voter Program: voter registration.
