Washington, DC - The United States strongly condemns ISIL’s multiple suicide attacks in the town of Tel Tamer in Hasaka Province, which targeted and killed scores of Syrian civilians, including at a hospital and marketplace. We offer our deepest condolences to the families of the victims of this barbaric act of mass murder.
