Yuma, Arizona - U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and Jordanian Minister of Foreign Affairs Nasser Judeh today strengthened their countries’ partnership to combat nuclear terrorism by signing a Joint Action Plan to improve efforts against nuclear and radiological smuggling.
