Washington, DC - An Alabama man was sentenced Monday to 10 years in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, for producing child pornography between 1997 and 1998, announced Acting Assistant Attorney General John P. Cronan of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division and U.S. Attorney Jay E. Town of the Northern District of Alabama.

Washington, DC - For 45 days in February and March, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration surged its enforcement and administrative resources to identify and investigate prescribers and pharmacies that dispensed disproportionately large amounts of drugs.
