Washington, DC - Special Envoy for Six-Party Talks Sydney Seiler will travel to Seoul, Republic of Korea, Beijing, People’s Republic of China, and Tokyo, Japan, July 25 – August 1 for meetings with senior officials on North Korea policy.

Special Envoy Seiler will be in Seoul July 25-28 for meetings with senior ROK government officials, including his counterpart Director General for North Korean Nuclear Affairs Kim Gunn.

Special Envoy Seiler will then travel to Beijing on July 28 for meetings with senior Chinese Government officials, including his counterpart Deputy Representative for Korean Peninsula Affairs Xiao Qian.

Special Envoy Seiler will visit Tokyo on July 30 for meetings with senior Japanese government officials, including his counterpart Deputy Director General for Asian and Oceanian Affairs Shigeki Takizaki.

Special Envoy Seiler will return to Washington, D.C. on August 1.
