Washington, DC - The United States welcomes the “school year” ceasefire recommitment made by Ukraine and Russia and witnessed by the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.

A sustained ceasefire and full and unfettered access for the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission are critical to enable the parties to fulfill their commitments under the Minsk agreements.
