Washington, DC - U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry will deliver remarks on the United States foreign policy agenda for 2016 at 10:45 a.m. on Wednesday, January 13, at the National Defense University, in Washington, D.C.
The Secretary’s remarks will highlight themes outlined by President Obama in his State of the Union Address the night before.
