Washington, DC - Tonight at 8pm, Women of Honor, a one-hour documentary that shares the stories of a female active duty servicemember, veteran, and caretaker will air on Lifetime.  Earlier this year, these three women joined the First Lady and Dr. Biden for a roundtable at the White House; this roundtable is featured in the documentary.

Washington, DC * 12:30 PM – As part of their Joining Forces initiative, the First Lady and Dr. Jill Biden will host a Veterans Day luncheon for military connected women at the Vice President’s Residence.  Mrs. Obama and Dr. Biden will pay tribute to the incredible contributions of the active duty servicemembers, veterans, military spouses and caregivers attending the event, including two women that were featured in Lifetime’s Women of Honor.
