Washington, DC - Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Thomas A. Shannon, Jr., will travel to New Orleans, Louisiana, November 14-16.

On November 14 and 15, Under Secretary Shannon will speak to undergraduate and graduate students and faculty of Tulane University and Xavier University about issues facing Latin America, broader global topics, and careers in the United States Foreign and Civil Services.
