Paris, France - Not all Parisians are happy about the so-called eco-friendly open-air urinals the City of Lights is installing at various locations in the city, the banks of the Seine. 

You can’t miss them, says the Association of Mature American Citizens. They are painted bright red and are topped with a white sign complete with a red arrow pointing downward and a cartoon character showing passersby how to use the facility.
