Washington, DC - The J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board (FFSB), in cooperation with the National Geographic Society, will host a public discussion as part of its 267th quarterly meeting, “New Directions for Fulbright: Insights from Fellows in the Field,” on Thursday, May 7, 2015, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. EDT at National Geographic (1600 M Street, NW, in Washington, DC).
This discussion will provide an opportunity for selected participants and alumni of the Fulbright-National Geographic Digital Storytelling Fellowship and the J. William Fulbright-Hillary Rodham Clinton Fellowship to share how their exchange program experiences have helped them develop skillsets necessary to succeed in the global economy. The Fulbright fellows will attend in-person as well as virtually via video conference from the United Kingdom, Haiti, and Ethiopia. Short videos will be shown of participants in Cambodia and Botswana. Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board member Joseph Falk will moderate.
