Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. today announced that he has signed the following bills:

  • AB 3 by Assemblymember Das G. Williams (D-Santa Barbara) – Isla Vista Community Services District.

  • AB 28 by Assemblymember Kansen Chu (D-San Jose) – Bicycle safety: rear lights.

  • AB 40 by Assemblymember Philip Y. Ting (D-San Francisco) – Toll bridges: pedestrians and bicycles.
