Sacramento, California - Secretary Ross administered the oath of office Friday to Deputy Secretary for Legislative Affairs Rachael O’Brien, who was promoted from the position of assistant secretary. She joined CDFA in January of this year.

“Rachael has been a great addition to the CDFA team,” said Secretary Ross. “From day one she jumped right in with a great grasp of the issues and a willingness to get up to speed quickly through hard work, good listening skills, and lots of questions!”
