Sacramento, California - The Assembly Committee on Jobs, Economic Development, and the Economy (JEDE), chaired by Assembly Member Eduardo Garcia (D-Coachella), is continuing its programmatic review of the Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz).

"Addressing the growing income inequality in our state requires a commitment by state programs to support entrepreneurship, education, and workforce development," said Garcia.  "I am looking forward to continuing our dialogue with GO-Biz about how their programs are supporting California's dominant and emerging industries and facilitating local initiatives in economically distressed areas of the state.”
