Harbor City, California - Corn Maiden Foods, Inc., a Harbor City establishment, is recalling approximately 15,600 pounds of pork tamales, pork Yucatan, and beef brisket taquitos products due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. The products contain hydrolyzed soy protein, a known allergen, which is not declared on the product label.
