San Francisco, California - Victor Flores, 23, of Petaluma, California, a member of the 500 Block/C Street Gang of South San Francisco, was sentenced to life in prison, announced U.S. Attorney Melinda Haag, Acting Special Agent in Charge Tatum King of Homeland Security Investigations and Special Agent in Charge David J. Johnson of FBI.
