Washington, DC - On a mission to detect planets outside of our solar system, NASA’s Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS) is scheduled to launch no earlier than 6:32 p.m. EDT Monday, April 16. Escondido, California - The Ione and Paul Harter Animal Care Center nursery at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park received a trio of new arrivals this week: three red-necked wallaby joeys. The female joeys, ranging in age from 5 to 6 months, are being hand raised until they are old enough to join the Safari Park’s mob of wallabies.
