Imperial, California - The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 569 in conjunction with the Electrical Workers Minority Caucus of San Diego/ Imperial Valley will be handing out free turkeys to displaced workers from Imperial County. The turkeys were donated by Golden State Water Company and the California Water Association as part of Operation Gobble. Last year, Golden State Water distributed more than 10,000 turkeys as part of its Operation Gobble Program.
