Brawley, California - In an effort to keep the public informed of upcoming changes in their community, the Imperial County Board of Supervisors would like to notify the community of Brawley and motorists on the Brawley Bypass that the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will begin construction in early January to install a new traffic signal on State Route 78 and Hovley Road in Brawley.
