San Francisco, California - Sushovan Hussain, the former Chief Financial Officer of Autonomy Corporation plc, was sentenced to sixty (60) months in prison following his convictions after trial for one count of conspiracy, fourteen counts of wire fraud and one count of securities fraud by a federal jury, announced United States Attorney David L. Anderson and Federal Bureau of Investigation Special Agent in Charge John F. Bennett. The sentence was imposed by the Honorable Charles R. Breyer, U.S. District Judge.
