DHS Loaned Executive Program Begins to Improve the Travel Experience for Commercial Aviation Travelers

Washington, DC - The Department of Homeland Security today announced that six loaned executives from the private sector will begin service today within the department to support efforts to promote the facilitation of travel and tourism at the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). These positions were first announced by Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas in May 2014.

San Francisco, California - Three alleged members of the 19th Street Sureños street gang were arraigned in federal court Thursday on murder, racketeering and firearms charges following a probe by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations and the San Francisco Police Department into a gang-related killing that occurred in July.
