Alexandria, Virginia - A Japanese man who served nearly 20 years in federal prison for his participation in a 1986 rocket attack on the U.S. Embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia, was removed from the United States Thursday by officers with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO).
