Las Vegas, Nevada - Edward N. Levine, 67, a resident of Novato, California, was sentenced today to 27 months in prison and followed by three years of supervised release for the sale of two black rhinoceros horns in Las Vegas. Levine will also be prohibited from wildlife and antique sales as a result of Friday’s sentencing.

Norfolk, Virginia - Three members of the Nine Trey Gangsters were convicted by a federal jury in the Eastern District of Virginia for their roles in a racketeering conspiracy that included five murders, six attempted murders, and various drug trafficking, robbery, and firearms crimes that spanned all five cities in south Hampton Roads, Virginia in 2015.
