It provides a high-level annual forum for government and private-sector representatives to discuss cooperation on exchanges in a broad, strategic manner.

The schedule of press events will include but is not limited to an opening session on Tuesday, June 23, and a U.S. press conference on Wednesday, June 24.

On June 22, Deputy Secretary Antony Blinken will co-host the fifth Strategic Security Dialogue (SSD) with his Chinese counterpart, Executive Vice Foreign Minister Zhang Yesui, June 22.

At the SSD, senior civilian and military officials will exchange views on a range of security issues of strategic importance to both countries.
