Washington, DC - On Wednesday, October 3, 2018, the President signed into law:

H.R. 698, the “Elkhorn Ranch and White River National Forest Conveyance Act of 2017,” which directs the conveyance of a 148 acre parcel of Federal land to the owners of the Elkhorn Ranch, in the State of Colorado; and

S. 2946, the “Anti-Terrorism Clarification Act of 2018,” which allows certain assets that are seized or frozen by the United States to be used to satisfy judgements against a terrorist party for claims based on an act of terrorism.
