Imperial, California - Tonight marks the 25th year that KXO FM107.5 has produced Freedom Fest for the Imperial Valley. Freedom Fest began in 1991 , the year the Gulf War ended. It has since become the largest single day event in Imperial County with nearly 60,000 friendly souls on and around the campus of Imperial Valley College.
