Washington, DC - The Governments of the United States and the Republic of Singapore will hold a meeting on United States-Singapore Free Trade Agreement Environment Chapter implementation and the Biennial Review under the United States-Singapore Memorandum of Intent on Environmental Cooperation on Monday, August 3, 2015.

The public session will be held on August 3 from 5:00 to 6:10 p.m. at the U.S. Department of State, 2201 C Street, NW, Washington, DC 20520, Room 1408.

This session is intended to allow members of the public to engage with government officials on implementation of the Environment Chapter and the status of cooperative environmental activities. Anne Hall, Acting Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary, Bureau of Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs, Jennifer Prescott, Assistant U.S. Trade Representative for Environment and Natural Resources, and Amy Hing, Deputy Secretary (Policy), Singapore Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources, will deliver opening remarks.

The public session is open to the media. Due to space limitations, the public session is open to a limited number of writers and stills.
