The Carmen and Louis Warschaw Distinguished Lecture Series was established in 1999 to explore how being Jewish has influenced the role of individuals in American political life,

from perspectives on policies and legislation to campaign and professional experiences.

The USC Casden Institute, housed in the USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences, supports research that aims to spur dialogue and achieve greater understanding not only about what it means to be Jewish in America but what it means to be American in a pluralistic society.
