Los Angeles, California - A former special agent of the FBI was indicted yesterday for allegedly stealing over $100,000 of drug proceeds seized during the execution of search warrants and obstructing justice by taking steps to hide his alleged theft.

San Francisco, California - Mikal X. Wilde, 33, of Kneeland, California, was sentenced today to life in prison plus 35 years for murder and related drug trafficking charges, announced U.S. Attorney Melinda Haag for the Northern District of California and Special Agent in Charge David J. Johnson for the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI).
