Fresno, California - Efrain Lozada Rosas, 34, and Victor Flores Fuentes, 39, both of San Jose, and Jesus Cuevas Lopez, 25, of Southern California, pleaded guilty today before U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. O’Neill to conspiring to commit criminal copyright infringement and commit related crimes, United States Attorney Benjamin B. Wagner announced. Another co-defendant, Edgar Hipatl Rodriguez, 36, of San Jose, was sentenced today by Judge O’Neill to two years and three months in prison for his role in the counterfeit media conspiracy.
