Artesia, New Mexico - The United States Border Patrol Academy is celebrating the graduation of Class 1084 by holding an official ceremony at the Artesia High School Auditorium. The Border Patrol Academy has invited and encourages the community to attend this historic event. Class 1084 is the first Border Patrol class to officially graduate from the Academy under the new curriculum.
The new “117-day” curriculum has greatly improved new agent training by increasing training hours in almost every discipline.
The graduation starts at 6:00 p.m. on April 20, 2018 at the Artesia High School Auditorium, located at 215 S. 15th St. in Artesia, N.M. (88210). The graduation is open to the public.
